At Bowchie, every bow is made with love, care, and hours of handwork—so your happiness means everything to us!

* If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away—but only with an unboxing video sent to us as proof.

* Just email us with a photo + unboxing video of the damaged product, and we’ll take care of the rest.

* Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on accessories. However, if your item is unused, unopened, and you’d like to exchange it, we’re happy to help! You’ll need to cover the shipping costs both ways.

* We do not accept returns sent without prior communication. Any such shipments will be considered non-refundable.

* If you ever need help or have concerns, we’re just a message away. We want you to be completely in love with your Bowchie piece!
